Clam Chowder Cook-Off

                                       

SCYC will host a clam chowder cookoff on Wednesday May 8, 2024, for members and their guests.

There will be 3 categories:
   ManhattanNew England & 
Other. 

Championship aprons awarded to best in each category!

Chef Delia will provide green salad, garlic bread and dessert -- and all for just $250 pesos.  Please register so we know how many to expect!

Contestants bring their chowder to the club 4:30 to 5:00 pm

Club & bar open at 4:30 pm
Chowder tasting and voting starts around 6:00 pm
Winners announced after all votes counted (around 7:30 pm)
