                                FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER & ART SHOW
                                                     

Don't miss this special Friday night dinner with an art show by Patrick McClellan.

Patrick McClellan made the transition from fly fisherman to painter late in life, replacing one solitary contemplative activity with another. Many people experience nature by going on walks, bike rides or in a boat on the ocean. Patrick sets up his easel and spends an hour or two immersing himself in a scene…studying the shapes, the colors, the textures…and attempting to make a record of that place, that day, that experience, with a brush and a palette of oil paints. This winter he has painted in and around San Carlos and captured numerous local scenes, some of which you may recognize.


Tonight's special entrees are:
Chicken Marsala with rice and
Arrachera with rice, beans & tortillas.  

Both start with Happy Salad and for dessert baked platanos with ice cream.
Club & Bar open at 3:30 pm
Patrick will be available to discuss his artwork before dinner.
Dinner served around 6:30 pm

Tonight's menu selections:

Chicken Marsala with rice, salad & desert - $400 pesos

Arrachera with rice, beans, salad & desert - $400 pesos

Entree salad with chicken - $350 pesos

Vegetarian meal - $300 pesos

ADMIRALS TABLE - Want to contribute to the Building Improvement Fund?  Then consider reserving an Admirals Table for Friday Night Dinner.  For a mere $1,000 pesos you can reserve a table (up to eight people) for you, your guests and/or fellow Yacht Club members, who sits at your table is totally up to you.  So, what's included in your Admirals Table, which will be specially decorated & in a prime location (of your choosing); a bottle of house red or white wine, special pre-dinner Hors d' Oeuvres for you and your guests.  In addition, your table will be served first for dinner and receive special recognition during the evening.  Ready to sign up, simply email yachtclub@sancarlosyachtclub.com and let us know you want an Admirals Table.  There are only two Admirals Tables available each Friday night, and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, according to the time stamp on the emails.  The Admirals Table contribution is in addition to the cost of the meal.
